Founders Only Club: Where Real Builders Belong

Founders Only Club: Where Real Builders Belong

There’s something rare happening in the world of entrepreneurship right now, and it’s not another pitch competition, mastermind, or Discord group shouting into the void.

It’s something real. Grounded. Human.

It’s called Founders Only Club, and our first-ever member call just confirmed what we already believed:

The future of business is personal. And it’s being built by founders who don’t want to do it alone anymore.

From Retreats to Real Community

Founders Only Club started with simple roots: a group of high-performing founders, creators, and investors coming together for in-person retreats filled with workouts, ice plunges + Sauna, long dinners, and vulnerable conversations about the stuff that actually matters, business, burnout, brand, and belief.

But we didn’t stop there.

We heard the same thing from every retreat:

“How do I stay connected to these people year-round?”

So we built it. The Founders Only Membership is now the home base for our community to thrive between retreats, and this first call was the start of something big.

What You Get as a Member

This isn’t a lecture series or a pay-to-pitch group. It’s a living, breathing operating system for founders and creators in the arena, running real businesses.

Here’s what’s inside:

1. A Curated Slack Community

Not hundreds of random channels. Just the essentials:

  1. Deal Flow for sharing raises and opportunities
  2. Creator <> Brand matchmaking
  3. Retreat groups and private channels
  4. Investor Q&A and operator deep dives

It’s where the quiet DMs, the real intros, and the behind-the-scenes help actually happen.

2. Monthly Video Calls That Deliver

Led by Eric Hinman and Wyatt Ewing, each call features actionable takeaways and special guests: founders, investors, performance coaches, and creators who are playing the game at a high level. This isn’t fluff. It’s fuel.

Topics range from how to scale a brand without burning out to TikTok Shop strategy, capital markets, ambassador playbooks, and beyond.

3. Member Discounts on Events

All members get 15% off retreats, starting with the next one in Denver, June 20–22. These 3-day events are transformational, filled with partner workouts, expert panels, contrast therapy, and community-building exercises that forge lifelong business bonds.

4. Products You Actually Want

No spam. Just hand-selected partners offering discounts better than what’s available publicly, some even free. Think of health and wellness, and performance brands you actually use (or should be).

5. A Welcome Kit That Doesn’t Suck

We’ve all gotten a pen and a water bottle from a community before. Not here. Our welcome kit is something you’ll use, enjoy, and probably share. Because details matter.

Inside the Call: Lessons in Building Brand & Community

Eric Hinman dropped fire during our first call. Here are a few gold nuggets that got everyone taking notes:

1. Your Community is Your Moat

Brands like Lululemon and Ten Thousand won early not just with great product—but by making people feel like part of something. Give your customers and ambassadors ways to belong—through events, personal gifts, shared Slack threads, and feedback loops.

2. In-Person Still Wins

Online communities are useful. But real relationships are forged offline. That’s why we’re doubling down on in-person events, local run clubs, workouts, and casual hangs. It’s how trust scales.

3. Kill the Brief, Inspire Instead

Creators don’t want a script. They want direction and freedom. Share past content that performed well. Let them make it their own. That’s where magic happens.

4. Product Seeding Needs Soul

A box of product is nice. A handwritten note referencing their latest Ironman? That gets posted. A gift for their dog? Now you’re thinking. Details create delight and influence.

5. Long-Form is the Future

Short-form gets views. Long-form builds belief. Eric pointed to brands like BPN that are co-producing “day in the life” YouTube content with creators, and it’s creating fanatical loyalty. Why? Because it’s real, and people crave depth.

Where We’re Going Next

This is just the beginning.

The next monthly call is May 20th. Our June retreat is shaping up to be the most epic yet. And the Slack community is already buzzing with intros, questions, and collaborations.

We’re building a place where founders, creators, and investors don’t just connect, they build together.

If you’re ready to be part of that, the door is open.

Just don’t expect to sit on the sidelines. Founders Only is for builders.
