Founders Only Club Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeline

  • Full refund (minus $200 processing fee) if cancelled 30+ days before event

  • 50% refund if cancelled 10 days before event

  • No refunds for cancellations within 3 days of event

Transfer Options

  • Ticket transfers to another qualified founder permitted up to 3 days before event

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@foundersonlyclub.com

Non-Refundable Items

  • Swag bags and merchandise

  • Travel arrangements

  • Add-on experiences or upgrades

Event Changes

  • If we cancel the event, you’ll receive a full refund

  • If we change event dates, you can transfer to new dates or receive full refund

  • No refunds for weather-related schedule adjustments

  • No refunds for minor changes to speakers, activities, or venue

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics). In such cases, we’ll offer:

  • Transfer to future event dates

  • Full credit toward another Founders Only Club event

  • Partial refund minus non-recoverable expenses

How to Request

Email info@foundersonlyclub.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Event date

  • Reason for cancellation

We’ll process approved refunds within 10 business days to original payment method.
