Founders Only Club Sponsorship - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the sponsor ("Sponsor") and Founders Club Only LLC, d/b/a Founders Only Club ("FOC"), in connection with any FOC-sponsored event, retreat, membership platform, or marketing initiative.

1. Sponsorship Commitments & Deliverables

  • Sponsorship benefits and deliverables are outlined on the sponsorship page and by checking out and checking the “Terms and Condition” box you agree to the deliverables.
  • All creative, product, or service placements are subject to approval by FOC.

2. Email List Usage Restrictions

  • Any access to email lists, contact data, or community information provided by FOC is strictly limited to approved uses.
  • Under no circumstances may the Sponsor use FOC email lists to send mass emails, automated campaigns, cold marketing, or spam.
  • A one-time, pre-approved message may be coordinated through FOC for community distribution, sent by FOC or under its direction.
  • Any misuse of FOC contact data is grounds for immediate termination of the sponsorship and possible legal recourse.

3. Community & Brand Integrity

  • Sponsors are expected to align with FOC’s core values: Community, Growth, and Experience.
  • FOC reserves the right to revoke or modify sponsorship privileges if Sponsor actions or messaging conflict with the brand ethos or damage community trust.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, schedule changes, or unused deliverables.
  • FOC events may be rescheduled or modified at FOC’s discretion. Sponsors will be notified in advance and offered equivalent value when possible.

5. Use of Intellectual Property

  • Sponsors may use the Founders Only Club name, logo, or event imagery only with express written permission and in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • FOC retains all rights to content produced during its events unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

  • Sponsor agrees not to disclose or misuse confidential information shared by FOC, its members, or partners during or after the sponsorship period.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FOC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sponsorship.
  • Sponsor participation is at its own risk and subject to applicable laws and regulations.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

By engaging in sponsorship with Founders Only Club, the Sponsor agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
