The Premium AI Playbooks are provided by Founders Only Club, LLC ("FOC") for educational purposes only. By using any playbook, you agree to this disclaimer.

Provided as is. The playbooks are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. FOC makes no promise of any business, revenue, or other results.

Not professional advice. Nothing on this page is legal, tax, financial, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you make decisions in those areas.

AI can be wrong. AI tools can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or harmful. When an AI tool is connected to your accounts, it can take actions you did not intend, such as sending messages, posting content, moving money, or changing or deleting data.

You are responsible. You are solely responsible for reviewing every output before you rely on it, for the tools and accounts you connect, for the permissions you grant, and for every action taken, including any sends, posts, payments, or data changes.

Start read-only and keep a human in the loop. Connect tools with read-only access first. Require your own approval before anything is sent, posted, paid, or changed.

Protect your data. Do not share confidential, personal, or sensitive information you are not allowed to share. Follow the terms, policies, and privacy rules of every third-party tool you use.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FOC and its owners, staff, partners, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, unauthorized transactions, or funds sent in error, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the playbooks or any AI output or any action taken by an AI tool or agent you connect. If FOC is found liable despite this section, FOC's total liability will not exceed the membership fees you paid to FOC in the three (3) months before the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOC and its owners, staff, partners, and contributors from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the playbooks, any AI output, or any action taken by tools or accounts you connect.

Use of playbooks. Playbooks are for your own business use as a member. Do not resell, republish, or share them outside FOC without written permission.

No endorsement. Third-party tools named in the playbooks are mentioned for convenience only. Naming a tool is not an endorsement, and FOC is not affiliated with those companies unless stated otherwise.

Terms. This disclaimer is part of, and in addition to, the FOC Terms of Service. If they conflict, the provision that gives FOC greater protection controls.

Acceptance and changes. Using the playbooks means you accept this disclaimer. FOC may update the playbooks or this disclaimer at any time without notice.
